About Nomad Photos
NOMAD Photos is a Canadian-based cooperative of photojournalists, owned by its members, hailing from around the world with diverse cultural backgrounds dedicated to the common goal of using the economic efficiencies and social power of a collective to highlight under-reported social, political, health and environmental issues worldwide.
Through individual and collective approaches NOMAD Photos provides exceptional journalistic and documentary photography in the service of the arts, media and not-for-profit/non-governmental sectors.
NOMAD photographers come from a wide range of backgrounds and work on projects worldwide documenting both conflicts and social issues. Most NOMAD photographers were born in other countries and found their way to Canada through a variety of circumstances. With this diversity come a world view and a compassionate respect for the world and its people.
NOMAD photographers work both independently and as a team on larger projects. They are available for assignments internationally.
